It is now Two years since the devastating Tsunami that hit Indonesia,Thialand,Sri Lanka and India killing Tens of Thousands of people all over and wiping out the habitats and livelihood of innumerable people.
The effect of Tsunami in India over the coastal TamilNadu was shattering.As of today the rehabilitation of the displaced people is not finished. An estimated 37000 houses are yet to be constructed for these people. The progress is no doubt very slow.
One cannot just imagine the sufferings of these affected people who with a sweep of hand lost all their years of belongings,homes,businesses and status in just a matter of moments.Scientists also fear that the fault along the Sumatra island may rupture again in coming decades causing unprecedented damages.
On the occasion of the Second Anniversary of Tsunami disaster we pay our homage to tens and thousand of people have been who wiped out from the surface of this earth. We would also like to express our heartfelt condolences to the affected bereaved families and pray to Almighty to give them courage and strength to overcome this calamity.
